All Apologies

I just went on an apology tour. It took a few years. I apologized to old friends, old clients, some family members. Sometimes repeatedly. Once I requested an apology — not to me but to a friend who was taken advantage of in a professional situation by a former client in a situation I unwittingly put her in. At least I addressed one small wrong directly. It's easy for me to get intimidated in social situations, particularly in professional settings. But I'm working on it.

I love Beyonce but I think she should apologize to Monica Lewinsky. Accuracy matters. It should have been “Bill Clintoned all over my dress,” as was widely pointed out in the press in 2019 / 2020. I haven't forgotten.
